Caitlin, you have been doing some great riding since we went into the lock down. Lucky we live next to the forest and mountain bike tracks. Love all the stuff you have been doing to counteract all the baking we have been doing!!!! Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteCaitlin, your riding and fitness has really improved so much. You did a fantastic 7.5km walk with me the other day and you are really getting into the Les Mills exercise routines. It is lovely to see. Keep up the good work!
ReplyDeleteThe slides are cool Caitlin! You will be getting good at typing as well as having lots of fun exercising. It looks like you have had great weather in Christchurch. The boys aren't allowed to go mountain biking but Oliver bikes on the road most days. You are lucky to live in a wonderful location near a forest and a beach! We have a very small section so I only do 1hr of gardening at a time so I can make it last most of the lockdown time. I'm enjoying having lots of time to play the piano, luckily the boys have their headphones on most of the time or else I'd drive them all nuts.
ReplyDeleteHey Caitlin , it's Fariha good job keeping fit. I also do exercise and ride my bike , later I am going on a bike ride with my dad. Bye for know.
ReplyDeleteThanks for the ideas Caitlin! You included a good variety of ideas and the photos were a fantastic addition to the slides. I actually tried the Les Mills Body Balance session yesterday morning and really enjoyed it. You are a fit and active family so I am sure you were doing lots of these activities before lockdown and will continue for you after life in lockdown.
