Ka ngangaro! Good job! Thank you for sharing our haiku with us on your blog post. You have a good job at choosing which words to use that best describe summer as well as using a photo that compliments it. My favorite thing about summer is the bright sun because it tends to lighten my mood. What is it about summer that you enjoy the most and why?

Keep up the good mahi, i look forward to seeing future blog posts from you over these summer holidays.

  2. Hey Caitlin,

I’m Daniel from the SLJ Blog commenting team. I’m looking forward to seeing all your amazing blog posts and I hope you’re enjoying your summer too.

Great job on your haiku poem, it sounds really good. You have painted quite a picture of summer time with specific expressive language and pictures. I went to the beach recently and your poem makes me remember, I can still smell the salty sea air and hear the waves

    Great stuff Caitlin,
See you later in the comments.
