To support my learning I ask you to comment as follows:
1. Something positive - Begin with a greeting. Talk about something you like about what I have shared.
2. Thoughtful - A comment that will mean something to me to let me know you read/watched or listened to what I had to say. - use any language.
3. Something helpful - Give me some ideas for next time or ask me a question.
Encourage me to make another post
Kia ora Caitlin, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey and sharing with us the five things you do to stay healthy!
Sleeping, running, swimming, biking, and eating fruits and vegetables are all excellent examples of ways you can stay healthy.
Exercise is definitely a prime example of something you can do to stay healthy, and it is great to see multiple different exercises on your list. Swimming is so much fun, and I thoroughly enjoy going for a run every so often. How often do you exercise a week?
I see that you also have sleeping on your list. How many hours of sleep do you manage to get each night?
I eat a lot of fruits and vegetables each day, and I try to incorporate them into every meal. What are some of the ways you include fruits and vegetables into your diet?
It would be great if you could reply to this comment and let me know!
