Kia ora Caitlin, this is Kieryn from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteThank you for participating in the Summer Learning Journey activities and sharing with us your favourite songs/artists!
You have chosen some awesome songs, and I was extremely surprised to see ‘Dance Monkey’ on this list such as it is one of my favourite songs as well!
Do you listen to any of Toni Watsins other songs? If so, which other ones do you like?
‘Party Rock Anthem’, ‘Dark Horse’ ‘Firework’ and ‘YMCA’ are all songs which I grew up with and thoroughly enjoy listening to .
It is crazy to think about how many songs we listen to in our lives, and how many songs we know all of the lyrics to!
I always find myself singing along to songs and then wondering how I still remember all of the lyrics. Do you ever do this?
Music is such a wonderful sound which brings joy to so many people’s lives. It is incredible to think about how much effort it takes to create a song, and how many instruments need to be involved.
Do you play any instruments? If so, what?
I enjoy playing the ukulele, although I am not the best at it! I practice a lot so that I can get faster with my chord changes, and I have noticed that the more I have been practising, the faster I have been getting! Practice really does make perfect.
